Two scopes

Live snapshot is the position poll. Fleet data is a separate scope for vehicle records, history, alerts and geofences.

Every vehicle's last fix, speed, heading, ignition and a moving / idle / stopped / offline status.

Kilometres, trip count, driving and idle time per vehicle for any day, plus individual trips and alerts.

Cursor pagination up to 500 records per page. Fleet reads share 600 calls per minute per client; driving times is capped tighter.
