Dates and units

Times

  • Every timestamp in a response is ISO-8601 in UTC, for example 2026-10-23T08:15:30.000Z.
  • Query parameters named from / to that take a time accept any ISO-8601 value, for example 2026-10-22T00:00:00Z or 2026-10-22T05:30:00+05:30.

Days

Parameters named date take a calendar day as YYYY-MM-DD. A day means the organisation's local day, using the time zone set in its settings. The response's meta.timezone, meta.from and meta.to show the exact UTC window used.

IDs

All IDs are opaque strings. Store them as strings; don't parse them or assume a length.

Missing values

Fields that have no value are returned as null rather than left out. New fields may be added to responses at any time, so ignore fields you don't recognise.
